An audit of outsource contractor’s quality systems and their operatives' adherence to that system, illustrating shortcomings and making recommendation for improvement as appropriate.

This is particularly useful if quality management systems are not independently accredited to national standards, and contributes to the supply chain management of Business Continuity Planning.
